DraftRisk Disclosure
AutoPad AI watches the Solana memecoin market and drafts original coins for you to launch when it runs hot. That is a high-risk activity. Read this before you connect a wallet or sign anything, and see our Terms of Use for the rules that apply.

The short version
- Most memecoins go to zero. Expect to lose what you put in and only use money you can afford to lose entirely.
- Not advice. The heat score, concepts and “why now” reasoning are AI output and can be wrong.
- Your keys, your call. We never hold funds or keys, there is no autonomous mode, and you sign every launch.
- Original coins only. No copied names, tickers, branding, logos or real people.
Memecoins are speculative tokens driven by attention, jokes and momentum. Most have no product, no revenue and no intrinsic value. Their price is whatever the next buyer will pay, and that can change in seconds.
- Prices can swing by half or more within minutes, in either direction.
- A chart can show a price you cannot actually sell at, because the liquidity behind it is thin or gone.
- A coin can go to zero in minutes, including one you launched yourself.
- Hype, social posts and trending lists move prices far more than fundamentals do, and attention moves on fast.
The vast majority of memecoins never get meaningful traction, and many lose nearly all of their value within hours of launch. The few breakouts get the headlines. The thousands that quietly fade out do not.
- Expect to lose what you put in: launch costs, any initial buy, and any SOL you trade with.
- Only use money you can afford to lose entirely, without it touching your rent, bills, debts or savings.
- Past performance of any coin, trend or heat reading tells you nothing reliable about what happens next.
- Never borrow to launch or buy memecoins, and never launch again to win back a loss.
AutoPad AI is a software tool. Nothing on this site, in the dashboard or in any AI output is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or launch any token.
The AI features summarize market data and social signals. They can be wrong, late, or confidently mistaken:
- Market heat score. A 0 to 100 reading of recent launch activity, volume and momentum. A high score means the market is busy, not that your launch will succeed.
- Coin concepts. Names, tickers, descriptions and art drafted by a model. They are creative suggestions, not vetted projects.
- “Why now” reasoning. A short explanation of the signals the AI noticed. It describes data. It does not predict prices.
We are not your broker, adviser or fiduciary. If you need advice, talk to a licensed professional where you live.
AutoPad AI is non-custodial. Your SOL and tokens stay in your own wallet, such as Phantom, Solflare or Backpack, the entire time.
There is no autonomous mode. AutoPad AI cannot spend from your wallet on its own. You pick one of two modes:
- Ask me before every launch (default, recommended). When the market heats past your threshold, the AI drafts a concept and waits. Nothing happens until you review it and sign in your wallet.
- Notify only. You get an alert with the concept. Launching is entirely up to you, by hand.
Every launch is a transaction you review and sign in your own wallet. Your limits, like max SOL per launch and max launches per day, cap what we propose. They are not permission to spend. Check the amount, fees and details on your wallet's approval screen before you sign.
Even a well-timed, original launch can go wrong for reasons that have nothing to do with the idea.
- Thin liquidity
- New coins usually have very little liquidity. Small trades move the price hard, and you may not be able to exit at the price you see.
- Slippage
- The price you get can differ from the quote, especially in fast markets. Loose slippage settings can cost far more than expected.
- Bots, snipers and MEV
- Automated traders watch new launches, buy in the same block, front-run your transactions or sandwich your trades for profit.
- Rug pulls by others
- Other creators can pull liquidity, dump supply or vanish. Trending coins shown in the dashboard are not vetted or endorsed.
- Network congestion
- Under heavy load, Solana transactions can land late, at a different price, or not at all.
- Failed transactions still cost fees
- A transaction that fails or expires can still burn network and priority fees.
- Smart contract and launchpad bugs
- Launchpads, token programs, wallets and our own software can have bugs or be exploited. Funds lost that way may never come back.
- Bad or delayed data
- Market data, RPC providers and AI models can lag, glitch or go offline, which can make the heat score or a concept misleading.
Every coin AutoPad AI drafts is meant to be original. Generated coins must never copy the names, tickers, branding or logos of existing projects, and you must not edit a concept to make it do so.
- No trademarks, brand names or lookalike logos of companies, products or other crypto projects.
- No impersonating real people, celebrities, influencers, companies or official accounts, and no implying an endorsement that doesn't exist.
- No characters, artwork or media you don't have the rights to use.
- AI output can accidentally resemble something that already exists. Check the name, ticker and image before you launch.
Crypto rules differ by country and change often. Depending on where you live, creating, promoting or trading a token may be regulated, restricted or prohibited.
- You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you.
- Launching, buying or selling tokens can create taxable events. Keep records of your transactions and talk to a tax professional.
- AutoPad AI may be unavailable or limited in some jurisdictions, and we may block access where the law requires it.
- Regulators may treat some tokens as securities or other regulated products, and rules can change after you launch.
Run through this every time. Ticks stay in this browser tab only and are never saved or sent anywhere.
Real launches will always end in your wallet's own approval screen. If something asks you to sign anywhere else, stop.
